TRIANGLE OF SADNESS MOVIE REVIEW

Tim: This film is shot really, really beautifully. And when you have the rig of the ship in the storm, it reminded me of Inception, you know when they're running up and down the hallways? But imagine performing and resetting that rig with everything falling everywhere. The rehearsals and stuff going on and all the elements involved, like the literal — obviously not real — shit, piss and vomit.

Leigh: You've taken me back to that scene now. The amount of takes – which were on average about 23 takes per shot, I think – that people would have to have been sloshing around in shit.

Tim: Shit!

Leigh: Probably wasn't real shit, obviously, but oh my God.

Tim: I mean, it's a feat in filmmaking to deliver something like that.

Leigh: I didn't want to have to think about that, thank you.

Tim: You're welcome.
